Support Worker

Hours Available
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis (Monday–Sunday)
- Sessional/Bank Work: Flexible hours – you choose when you work

Salary will be discussed at interview and will depend on your experience.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll help people with mental health needs and learning disabilities live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives. Support may be provided in supported accommodation or in people's own homes.
We have opportunities available across a range of services throughout London.
The People We Support
Our services typically support between 5 and 10 individuals. We work with people who have a variety of support needs, including:
- Mental health needs
- Autism
- Learning disabilities
- Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)
- Older people and those living with dementia
We also provide outreach support for people living more independently in the community.
Working Pattern
Our services operate on a rota basis and include:
- Early and late shifts
- Some weekend working
- Waking night shifts at selected services for those who prefer night work
